Project Scope – Complete hazardous materials abatement and demolition of 421 425 427 429 431 Brant Street and 2007 2009 and 2011 James street located in downtown Burlington. The buildings together were over 54000 square feet of finished space. The project included structural separation of the north neighboring building and protection of the roof from damage. Lanmar completed the removal of the basement slab foundations footings and backfilled the site. The site was located on the corner of Brant and James and therefore required sidewalk & lane closures and traffic control to protect the public. Lanmar handled all the engineering permitting capping of services demolition recycling and offsite disposal of all hazardous materials.

Lamar Environmental Solutions Inc. (Lamar) recently completed the demolition of the former Pyramid Place building located at 5400 Robinson Street in Niagara Falls, Ontario. It was an extreme pleasure working with the very experienced Lamar staff throughout the entire demolition process.
All work was carried out in a professional manner and in strict accordance with the scope of the work and schedule outlined in the demolition contract.
The job site was kept clean and tidy at all times with complete control of dust and site security. We would not hesitate and would be a pleasure to retain Lamar for any future work required at Skylon Tower.
