Project Scope<\/strong> \u2013 Complete hazardous materials abatement and demolition of 421 425 427 429 431 Brant Street and 2007 2009 and 2011 James street located in downtown Burlington. The buildings together were over 54000 square feet of finished space. The project included structural separation of the north neighboring building and protection of the roof from damage. Lanmar completed the removal of the basement slab foundations footings and backfilled the site. The site was located on the corner of Brant and James and therefore required sidewalk & lane closures and traffic control to protect the public. Lamar Environmental Solutions Inc. (Lamar) recently completed the demolition of the former Pyramid Place building located at 5400 Robinson Street in Niagara Falls, Ontario. It was an extreme pleasure working with the very experienced Lamar staff throughout the entire demolition process.<\/p>\n

Project Scope<\/strong> \u2013 Complete hazardous materials abatement and demolition of the former Pyramid Place in Niagara Falls ON including removal of slab on grade foundations footings and buried services. The building was a 50000 square foot 2 storey building that was demolished to make way for new development. Lanmar handled all the engineering permitting demolition recycling and offsite disposal of all hazardous materials.<\/span><\/p>\n
